Sahan’s Learning and Knowledge Development pillar seeks to draw on the organisation’s strengths in working towards building staff capacity through knowledge sharing, offering writing and publishing opportunities and creating a space that can serve as a valuable networking opportunity.  Our objectives under this pillar include: Knowledge transfer and institutional development; and Creating connections among people across organisational and geographic boundaries.
